"Actually," Julian said, "I would like to pay a small visit to the Seir Clan to see how they are also doing in the edge region before I focus on making use of my time in the NGU HQ. How about you escort me there and I’ll escort you to the light region?"

Kailen saw several students, ranging from Rank 3 novice-stage Transcendents to Rank 5 novice-stage Transcendents, roaming the streets and going about their business. He didn’t see anyone bullying anyone. Everyone would nod at each other respectfully, or give themselves hostile looks and go their way.

"Of course, transcendents would not act like a bunch of kids who would go around trying to bully one another, even if they have grudges. There must be an approved system the academy has put in place for them to settle their grudges, and most likely, anyone who does not abide by this system will be punished severely," Kailen noted from the observation of the brief interactions of the transcendents with each other.

The transcendents he came across were too busy with their business to even notice him.

Kailen nodded and did as he was told. A holographic screen appeared before him. He confirmed the email. After that, he received information of his residence, located in the 5th residential district, and a full map of the academy.

He was officially a student of the Venzula Empire Academy now.

"You can leave, or sit in the lounge to read through the rules before you leave. Whatever you choose to do is up to you," the man said again before he dozed off to sleep again.

Kailen shook his head. What a weird senior.

He sat in the nearby lounge and decided to read through the rules of the academy. He needed to know how to adapt before he left the registration building.

Kailen started to read through the rules.

The Venzula Empire Academy had two factions: The Royal Faction and the Academy Faction.

The Royal Faction was the faction of the Venzula Royal Family on the academy campus. The Royal Faction was used by the royal family of the empire to rope in some geniuses with great potential who joined the academy into the ranks of the Venzula Royal Family.

Kailen already knew how royal families of empires in the chaotic region of the universe used this method of recruiting transcendents into their ranks to stabilize their power, so he was not surprised to read this.

As for the academic faction, anyone who did not join the royal faction had to join it.
